<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 建好一个数据库后，我们也许会觉得并不知道这个数据库是怎么构成的，总有一种空中楼阁的感觉。其实学习的过程总是一步步渐进地，没有前面的学习现在就不会发现提出这样的问题。在对Access已经有了一定的认识之后，现在我们就通过建立一个空的数据库讲解一下数据库是怎样构成的。</span></p>
<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 当我们想做一件事情的时候，一般都会先考虑一下，然后再去做。在建立一个新数据库的时候，也要想一想这个数据库是用来干什么的，它要存储哪些数据信息，这些数据之间又有什么关系？
一方面要知道哪些数据是必须的，是绝对不能缺少的，不然建立数据库获取信息的目地就没法达到了；另一方面也要知道哪些数据是不必要，放在数据库当中只会增加数据库的容量，却并不起任何作用，所以要将这些冗余的数据剔除。这样建立起来的数据库才既能满足我们检索数据的需要，又能节省数据的存储空间。</span></p>
