AFD - Advanced Filter Design
AFDA - Advanced Analog Filter Design Alternatives -- version 1.00 for MATLAB

This program is freeware.
"Advanced Filter Design Alternatives" (AFDA) is
a MATLAB toolbox which presents a comprehensive set of
elliptic analog filter design alternatives.
AFDA is easy to use, intuitive, and it is
based on standard built-in MATLAB commands.
INSTALLATION: AFDA is distributed in compressed form as the file
afdesign.zip, Create a directory, say afdesign, and decompress
afdesign.zip into it. Run MATLAB and execute the afdesign.m file.
DESIGN: After invoking afdesign.m the AFDA main window appears,
and you can choose an analog filter design alternative.
For example, if you want to design a classical elliptic filter,
press the D1 button, and the design shows up in the command window.
Press the buttons labeled "n+" or "n-" to adjust the filter order.
VISUALIZATION: Plot attenuation versus frequency by using the
PLOT, PASS, TRAN, STOP, or ZOOM buttons.
OPEN, VIEW, and EDIT buttons are used to read-in a filter specification
from a file, view the current filter specification, and change
the current filter specification.
