    The Makefile assumes you have LaTeX on your system.  LaTeX is Leslie
    Lamport's macro package for TeX.  If you can't find LaTeX on your
    system, ask your local TeX maintainer where it's kept, since LaTeX
    should have come with your UNIX TeX distribution.
