YOU ARE PURCHASING A LICENSE TO USE COPIES
OF ADASTRA RESEARCH GROUP, LTD SOFTWARE. THE 
SOFTWARE IS THE PROPERTY OF ADASTRA RESEARCH GROUP, 
LTD AND IS PROTECTED BY INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHTS 
LAWS. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER ONLY 
ON THE LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. 
INSTALLING AND/OR USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR 
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. AdAstra Research Group, Ltd, hereafter referred 
as ADASTRA, grants to you, the LICENSEE, a 
nonexclusive right to use an UNLIMITED number of copies
of this ADASTRA software, hereinafter referred
as SOFTWARE so long as the Licensee complies with the
terms of this license. 

ADASTRA reserves all rights not expressly granted to 
LICENSEE.

2. The LICENSEE owns the magnetic or other physical 
media on which the SOFTWARE is recorded
or fixed. The ADASTRA retains title and ownership of the 
SOFTWARE recorded. This License is not a sale
of the original SOFTWARE or any copy.

3. The SOFTWARE, the accompanying written 
materials are subject to copyright restrictions.
Unauthorized copying of the SOFTWARE and the written 
documentation is expressly forbidden. The Licensee 
may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, 
decompile, disassemble the SOFTWARE. 

4. The LICENSEE may not transfer the software to the 
third parties without the prior written consent of 
ADASTRA only and in case, if the third party accepts 
this license terms and conditions and the Licensee 
refuses to the right to use this software and 
transfers or destroys all its copies.

5. The Licencee may not use the SOFTWARE in OEM
suplies. An additional licence is required.

6. This License is effective until terminated. This 
License will terminate automatically upon the 
failure of Licensee to comply with any of the terms 
of this License. Upon termination the Licensee must 
destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and
the documentation.

7. The Licensee has right to use ADASTRA free 
technical support via Internet within one year from 
the date of purchase and in case, if the Licensee 
has returned the Registration Card to ADASTRA or to 
its authorized partners.

THE SOFTWARE, THE ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS AND
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF
USE OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE, WRITTEN
DOCUMENTATION OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT REMAINS WITH YOU.
The entire liability of ADASTRA under this agreement
shall be limited to the purchase price or replacement
of the disk. ADASTRA warrants to the original LICENSEE
that the media on which the software are recorded and
the protective unit (if available) are free from
defects under normal use for a period of 180 days
from the day of delivery. 

The Licensee acknowledges to have read this License, 
understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms 
and conditions.
