The easiest way to obtain your license file is to use ARM's online web
licensing portal, which can be found at:

https://license.arm.com/

This allows you to generate and receive your license file immediately.

Please use the online web licensing portal in preference to emailing ARM 
your license request.

To obtain a license file via email, please complete sections 1 - 5 of the
form below, and email it to [e-mail]

Please ensure that your e-mail program sends the license request file as
plain ASCII text.

Please allow 48 working hours for your license file to be returned to you
after emailing in your request.

You may wish to read the License Management Frequently Asked Questions
before completing this form:

    Enter the name, version, and serial number of the product that you
    are requesting a license for and the name of the company that you
    purchased the tools from.

    to your product box, or on a license card supplied with the

5.  Details of machine license will be locked to

    In order to generate a license, you will need to provide the host ID
    of the machine(s) that the license will be locked to.
    
    For details of how to find your host ID, please see the FAQ entry
    "How do I find my host ID?" which can be found at:

    Fill in either section a) or b), NOT both.  Which section you 
    complete will depend upon whether you purchased a node-locked or 
    floating license for the tools.
