the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree to 
the terms of this license you must cease using this software and 
you must erase or otherwise destroy all copies in your possession.

1. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title and interests including, without limitation, 
copyrights, in and to XPlite and 2000lite are exclusively owned and 
retained by the author, namely LitePC Technologies Pty Ltd. All 
rights not expressly licensed to you are retained and reserved by 
LitePC Technologies Pty Ltd. Any and all purchases of copies of 
XPlite or 2000lite Professional are purchases only of LICENSES to 
use XPlite or 2000lite and are not purchases of either copies of, 
or of the programs themselves. The programs are not sold but are 
only licensed strictly in accordance with the terms of this License 
and otherwise remain the property of the LitePC Technologies Pty 
Ltd.

2. USAGE
Once registered, XPlite or 2000lite is licensed for non-exclusive 
use by a single individual for personal use only. You require an 
Enterprise license if you want to use XPlite or 2000lite in a 
multi-user setting, or want to install XPlite or 2000lite on your 
clients computers.

3. DISTRIBUTION
XPlite and 2000lite are commercial products made available only to 
licensed users. You, or anyone else is not permitted to re-sell 
XPlite or 2000lite in full or in part. You are not permitted to 
distribute any files that XPlite and 2000lite may generate. XPlite 
and 2000lite may not be rented or leased, but the user license may 
be permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person 
receiving it agrees to the terms of this license.

4. THIRD PARTY LICENSING
XPlite and 2000lite are installer and feature customisers for the 
Windows 2000, 2003 and XP operating system(s)produced and licensed 
by Microsoft Corporation. Use of XPlite or 2000lite applied in any 
of its configurations may invalidate any guarantee and/or warranty 
provided in your Microsoft Windows End User License Agreement(s). 
Use of XPlite or 2000lite does not supersede nor does it provide 
you any remedy for any guarantee or warranty that may be 
invalidated by its use. All liabilities from use or misuse of 
XPlite and 2000lite lie with you as the End User.

Microsoft Corporation and are used in this license in a 
non-trademark, descriptive sense only.

5. LIABILITY
THE AUTHOR AND HIS AGENTS AND/OR AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES 
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE INCLUDING, 
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. AUTHOR 
DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION WILL SATISFY 
YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE 
WITHOUT DEFECT OR ERROR OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL 
BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER THE AUTHOR

LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE OR SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR 
EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF DATA, COSTS OF RECREATING LOST DATA, THE COST OF

FOR (A) ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF AND (B) 
ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM, THE SELECTION OF THE SOFTWARE AND FOR 
THE INSTALLATION, USE, QUALITY, PERFORMANCE AND RESULTS OBTAINED 
FROM IT.

6. CANCELLATION
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
licensed software, or any subset of the licensed software, except 
as provided for in this license. Any such unauthorized use or 
transfer shall result in immediate and automatic termination of 
this license.

7. MANNER OF AGREEMENT/ACCEPTANCE
Retention, use of and/or installing XPlite or 2000lite signifies 
your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license. If you 
do not agree to the terms of this license you should not download 
or use the software and you must erase or otherwise destroy all 
copies in your possession.
