	Each of the *.in files is XER-decoded, then converted into DER,
	then decoded from DER and encoded into XER again, and compared
	to the original encoding.

Naming conventions:

*-B.in	-	The file is intentionally broken
*-D.in	-	Reconstructing should yield different data
