This primitive is the service indication primitive for the acknowledged
connectionless-mode data unit exchange service.  It is passed from the DLS
Provider to the DLS User to indicate either asuccessful request of a DLSDU
from the peer data link user entity, or exchange of DLSDUs with a peer data
link user entity.
