(2) The time, space, resource, etc. <a href="complexity.html" tppabs="http://hissa.nist.gov/dads/HTML/complexity.html"><em>complexity</em></a> of an <a href="algorithm.html" tppabs="http://hissa.nist.gov/dads/HTML/algorithm.html"><em>algorithm</em></a> which matches the best known <a href="lowerbound.html" tppabs="http://hissa.nist.gov/dads/HTML/lowerbound.html"><em>lower bound</em></a> of a problem.
