This file contains the CIS for the SMC9000 Ethernet/Modem PCCard reference 
design compliant to the v5.0 PCCard specification.

Format:
* Values are read following the first line starting with a '-' character.
* Lines starting with a '-' character afterwards (tuple separators) are 
  ignored and are included in this file to make it easier to understand 
  the tuples.

Note: entries with the '->*' string need to be revised.
