This file provides several diagnostic and setup utilities for the LAN9000
family of adapters.

CIS and ENABLERS are specific for PCMCIA adapters.

DIAG and SETUP can be used with both ISA and PCMCIA adapters.

MIIPHY contains a DOS based utility that can be used to 
setup MII PHYs attached to FEAST or EPIC family MACs.
