types. They are defaulted to strings.
<li>SQL Server: added read support for fields
of type VARIANT. They are defaulted to strings.
<li>SAString:Format(): bug fixed with "I64"
option implementation on Windows platform.
<LI>SAString::Format(): small change to
better support variable argument list on some picky UNIX platforms.</LI>
