Since it does not contain fields for atom types or partial charges, vital information will be lost if dock output is routinely stored in this format. It is recommended that all dock output be stored in either <A HREF="Manual.41.html#19711" CLASS="XRef">SYBYL MOL2 format</A> or <A HREF="Manual.43.html#52195" CLASS="XRef">PTR format</A>. If you site does not have access to a method to view MOL2 format, just convert files to PDB when vewing is necessary.
