Thedirectory is recursively searched for flow files. Files that do not have aflow-tools signature will be ignored. The internal timestamp is used sobackups or copies of the flow files that do not retain the originaltimestamp will not impact the operation of <BCLASS="COMMAND">flow-expire</B>. <BCLASS="COMMAND">flow-expire</B> is typically used to manage storage ina distributed environment where flows are collected on a differentserver than they are archived.</P></DIV><DIVCLASS="REFSECT1"><ANAME="AEN28"></A><H2>OPTIONS</H2><P></P><DIVCLASS="VARIABLELIST"><DL><DT>-d<TTCLASS="REPLACEABLE"><I> debug_level</I></TT></DT><DD><P>Enable debugging.</P></DD><DT>-e<TTCLASS="REPLACEABLE"><I> expire_count</I></TT></DT><DD><P>Retain the maximum number of files so that the total file count isless than <TTCLASS="REPLACEABLE"><I>expire_count</I></TT>.</P></DD><DT>-E<TTCLASS="REPLACEABLE"><I> expire_size</I></TT></DT><DD><P>Retain the maximum number of files so that the total storage is lessthan <TTCLASS="REPLACEABLE"><I>expire_size</I></TT>.
