Usage:

 gif2png file.gif
 pngpalstrip file.png	

Description:

 - gif2png converts the GIF file (file.gif) to a PNG file (file.png),
 with exactl the same palette.

 - pngpalstrip strip the palette from a PNG file, making it
 non-conpliant but quite smaller.
