To RUN:

Copy FORTUNE.EXE and FORTUNE.DAT to the same subdirectory.  Run
FORTUNE.EXE from DOS to see a Pearl-O-Wisdom.  Run FORTUNE.EXE
from Windows to see a Pearl-O-Wisdom.  To see how one program can
