  Changed:
    - Incorporated latest ndmp.x changes.
      Primary changes were:
        - Addition of invalid fields.
        - Modifications to file history structures.

3.1 - Released 3/11/98
  Added:
    - Direct access support to simple_restore.c.
  Fixed:
    - Direct access support in the server code.
  Changed:
    - client/scripts infrastructure for specifying files to be restored.
      The variable 'dest_dir' (in system.tcl) has been replaced by
      the variable 'restore_list'.
    - A new variable 'direct' is now used to enable/disable the
      direct assess restore feature.

  Initial NDMP version 3 release.
