To use this test, copy audit.conf to /etc/xinetd.d. Then open it
up and change the path for server to be the fully qualified path
to env_audit. Then restart xinetd. Check xinetd's logs to see if
it recognized the new service. Then to trigger the audit, connect
with telnet like this: "telnet localhost 2000". Then look at
/tmp/env_audit.log. 

NOTE: env_audit may have problems over-writing /tmp/env_audit.log. It
is suggested that you always delete it before running an audit.
