1. Installation

Ensure that when you unzip this file, the sub-directories
are correctly set up. The indices (.txt extensions) all go
in a sub-directory called /indices. The image (.gif and .jpg
extensions) all go in a sub-directory called /images. The
remaining files (.html and .class extensions, plus licence
and readme files) go in the main directory.

2. Starting

Start the file index.htm in a web browser. It contains a
hyperlinked index of all the demonstrations.

3. Licence

See the file "licence.txt".

4. Differences between trial and release versions

(a) Trial versions display a "trial version" message
at certain intervals during operation which includes
copyright details. The release version contains no
copyright information that is visible during normal
operation.

(b) The trial version has an additional feature:
performance statistics relating to speed are printed
to the java console.
