用 root 登入<br>
cd /home<br>
ls -al<br>
*查看 ftp 子目录的属性和 user, group所属,如果显示是drwxr-xr-x 7 ftp root 4096 12 25 00:40 ftp的话,很明显，子目录ftp的 user和group分别是 ftp, root.那么我们就要改变子目录的所属<br>

我们还需要追加一个group(member作为VIP会员的group)<br>
命令： groupadd member<br>

3:<br>
我们要增加一个FTP管理者账号,定为<br>
superftp.此账号在ＦＴＰ的使用中，具有ftp子目录内的最大权限.<br>
命令： useradd -g member -d /home/ftp superftp<br>
接下来我们给superftp设置密码<br>
命令： passwd superftp<br>

4:<br>
接下来我们需要改变子目录ftp的用户所有者<br>
命令： chown superftp ftp ,用在 /home/ftp 中制作 上传，下载专用子目录<br>

在这里我们假设/home/ftp/upuser: 用户可以上传文件，制作子目录，并<br>
删除自己上传的东西。但是其他人上传的东西无法删除。<br>
/home/ftp/downuser: 用户可以阅览（list）,下载里<br>
面的文件。但是没有删除权限，也没有上传权限。此子目录的用<br>
途是斑竹将upuser/子目录中的经典文件装移到这个子目录里<br>
面，永久保存。<br>
注：superftp 可以对 这两个子目录进行任意操作，包括上<br>
传，删除。<br>

6:<br>
我们按照我们的构思打下面命令<br>
cd /home/ftp<br>
mkdir upuser<br>
mkdir downuser<br>
<br>
7:<br>
我们建立好这二个文件夹后,接下来我们要做的就是改变子目录 upuser 和<br>
downuser的所有者<br>
命令： chgrp -R member upuser<br>
chown -R superftp upuser<br>
chgrp -R member downuser<br>
chown -R superftp downuser<br>
-R 表示包括当前子目录下的所有子目录和文件<br>
修改chmod<br>
命令：chmod 755 ftp<br>
cd ftp<br>
chmod 755 downuser<br>
chmod 775 upuser<br>

8:<br>
检查一遍所有的步骤是否正确完成了.最后在特权模式下输入命令<br>

/etc/init.d/proftpd restart (重新启动proftpd, 使设置生效)<br>

9:<br>

其实比较好的办法是，使用proftp+mysql，使系统用户与ftp用户脱离，然后再用<br>
