在分区中，我在两个硬盘中用了两种不同的分区方式，第一个硬盘我用了一个主区，其实是两个，因为扩展分区也算一个主分区。<br>
<br>
在第二个硬盘中，我用了三个主区，其实是四个，这也达到了主分区个数的限制。通过这个实例，只想让弟兄们明白，一个硬盘只能有四个主分区，扩展分区也是一个主分区。安装系统时，swap最好用内存的两部左右。不能太少了，也不能太大了，大了就浪费了。/boot分区也可以不要，根分区要大一点，对于主流linux系统而言，根分区最好至少分6G。也不要把区分的过多过碎。多个系统可用一个交换区，一个系统可占用一个区。<br>
<br>
多个操作系统，在弟兄们的实践过程中，发现如下问题。<br>
一、如果WIN系统与linux共存，最好选用WINXP或98，不要用WIN2000，因为WIN2000在多系统共存中启动极慢，到现在也没有找到完美的解决方法。<br>
二、用GRUB引导，比LILO更容易操作，GRUB是一种多系统引导程序，RedHat已经把这个做为系统默认引导程序。这说明GRUB完全是可信的。在用LILO的过程中，问题多多，因为LILO不支持大硬盘，就是支持也把硬盘分个七零八碎。用落后的技术，研究起来实在是不值得。<br>
三、安装系统时，选用自定义硬盘分区，如果你只有一个硬盘，只想装一下LINUX就留一个空闲区也不必用PQ分，用系统自动在空闲区上自动划分。这样对于新手来说，最值得推荐。如果想装多个，就用一个分区工具事前分好，然后在系统安装时，不要用[系统自动划分]，要用[自定义]，也就是系统自带的那个<br>
分区和编辑工具[DISK DRUID]，然后在你要安装的区，编辑一下分区，加载成为/根分区，设置好格式[ext3或ext2]就OK了。。。。swap区也一样，只是类型设置成swap<br>
四、系统安装时不要选择[服务器]安装，这样会把整个硬盘的资料删除掉，切记！！！最好用自定义安装。对于新手来说，最好把所有的东西都装上。也就是[全部安装][everything]<br>
