<p><FONT class=normalfont><B><font color=blue>关于redhat linux8.0系统的备份的体会和心得</font></B></FONT><BR><FONT class=smallfont color=#ff9900>2004-04-23 15:18 pm</FONT><BR><FONT class=normalfont>作者：作者<br>来自：Linux知识宝库<br>联系方式：无名<br><br>公司一台RedHatlinux8.0由于生产需要，要对LINUX整个系统作个备份。下面是我备份过程中的问题和心得，写出来给大家分享一下，也请大家指导一下。<br>
一、 首先考虑采取NORTORN GHOST对即进行备份<br>
由于GHOST的功能强大，在日常备份中得到广泛运用，且对它的界面、操作都相应熟悉，所以首先考虑采取GHOST进行磁盘到磁盘的备份。原安装了RedHat linux8.0的HP工作站硬盘是20G的，备份时采取了一个80G的西部数据对其进行备份。在整个备份中，没有出现什么错误提示，用备份的80G硬盘启动后，出现了GRUB四个字符后，就没有动静了，翻找了一些相关资料，最后上到NORTORN 的官方网站，发现有对LINUX备份的一段说明，如果要备份EXT3格式的LINUX(因为这两台LINUX安装时美国佬采取的就是EXT3格式的)，需要GHOST7.5企业版及2003个人版以上版本才能支持，但是我在备份时用的就是7.5企业版啊。怀疑是不是这个版本不行，于是在网上下载了一人最新的2003简体中文版，备份还是不行，看来不是版本的问题了。于是在网上继续找，又找到一篇GHOST的官方说明，说“如果克隆LINUX系统的话，而LINUX又是采取GRUB引导的话，那么默认是不能启动的，必须采取手工安装GRUB的方法。<br>
1、从光盘引导，光盘引导时按F5键，键入linux rescue后回车。<br>
2、进去后，出现一个窗口，说将尝试寻找已经安装了的linux，选择continue，如果再跳出一个窗口，提示说找到LINUX分区，将其MOUNT在/mnt/sysimage目录下。<br>
3、 进入＃提示符，键入grub,出现grub>提示符。<br>
4、 在grub>下，键入root (hd0,0)，回车，出现一串提示符。<br>
5、 在grub>下，键入setup(hd0),回车，出现success提示。<br>
6、 在grub>下，键入quit.<br>
在#提示符，键入exit键，重新引导。<br>
我按照这种方法，在进行到第2步时，就提示说找不到任何linux分区，在第三步，键入grub，提示说错误的命令，就再也进行不下去了。<br>
没办法，我只得拿来我的电脑来做一下测试，我的电脑安装了RedHat Advanced linux 2.1版＋Win2k English Advanced Server版本，也是采取GRUB引导的方式，采取GHOST7.5克隆后，按照上面的方法，一次性测试成功，只是在grub(0,0)时，替换为grub(0,6)，因为我的GRUB引导是放在第六个分区上的。后面备份LINUX8.0，采取了手工分区，再分区到分区的方法，一样不行，就在要放弃时，突然想起了另外一个工具－Drive Image ，竟然成功了。<br>
二、 用中文菜单超级启动光盘引导后，进入Drive Image2002,<br>
1、 选择disk to disk 方式。<br>
2、 选择source Drive，这里选择原来安装了LINUX的那个20G硬盘。<br>
3、 选择soure Partitions,点击select All，将所有分区选上。<br>
4、 选择Destination Drive，选择那个80G的硬盘。<br>
5、 跳出一个窗口，选择默认的”Automatically resize Partitions Proportionally to Fit”.<br>
6、 选择Copy type ，这里我选择第二个Backup.<br>
7、 选择模式，这里我选择了Fast Mode。<br>
8、 点击Finished，克隆开始。<br>
9、 在克隆中，每克隆一个LINUX分区，就跳出一个窗口，说INCODE错误，按确认不理它，本以为这样可能还是没戏，但还是耐着性子做完了。<br>
10、将原来的20G硬盘拆下，将80G硬盘设为主盘，引导，还是出现GRUB四个字符后没有动静。<br>
11、从光盘引导，光盘引导时按F5键，键入linux rescue后回车。<br>
12、进去后，出现一个窗口，说将尝试寻找已经安装了的linux，选择continue，如果再跳出一个窗口，提示说找到LINUX分区，将其MOUNT在/mnt/sysimage目录下。看来是有戏了，呵呵，因为我在克隆我电脑成功时就有这个提示。<br>
13、 进入＃提示符，键入chroot /mnt/sysimage,在#提示符，再cat /boot/grub/grub.conf,查看grub.conf里面的内容。<br>
14、 键入grub,出现grub>提示符。<br>
15、在grub>下，键入root (hd0,0)，回车，出现一串提示符。<br>
16、在grub>下，键入setup(hd0),回车，出现success提示。<br>
17、在grub>下，键入quit.<br>
18、在#提示符，键入exit键，重新引导。成功了，哈哈！<br>
疑惑：为什么同样是GRUB引导，GHOST备份我的电脑就行，而备份这台整个LINUX就不行。听很多网友说是可以行的啊，难道是美国佬在安装过程中，使用了什么技巧？不明！<br>
