The PCM directory contains an the original P16WEB v1.03 files, 
as supplied with the Microchip PICDEM.net (TM) kit, and described
in chapter 12 of 'TCP/IP Lean' 2nd edition.

Subsequent chapters refer to the full P16WEB project, with UDP and TCP
client/server capabilities, which is in the P16WEB directory.
