File naming now works correctly


Modmaker version 1.34

Modmaker now will attempt to handle the renaming of like-named 
include files by displaying a simple menu which will allow you
to overwrite an existing .$MD file or specify a different name.
You may also specify one of two command line options, /o or /d.
/o tells modmaker to overwrite the old .$MD.  /d tells modmaker
to devise a new name based on the old name.

Option -N will maintain the case of the original Pascal in the 
resulting C file.
