Description:    X Window icon manager that displays some nifty
                icons on the screen. Icons have drag and drop
                support. Icons can be created/configured/edited
                using a nice graphical interface. Each icon has
                scripts to be run on being executed or recieving
                a drop. These can be edited from each icons
                property menu. Coolicons also brings up a
                beautiful 3D rotating `e' when you recieve mail.
                This package was written using the Coolwidgets
                library. The source is packaged with the
                Cooledit distribution and is recommended over
                this statically linked release.
