<P>I am involved in writing a program which sends and recieves files through an Internet Provider, with Visual Basic 5 sharing some Windows '95 dlls.  A .EXE created and stored on a FTP server is downloaded by users off-site.  Users are also allowed to upload .BAT's from their PC's to the server.  I am having a problem using some IPs though, meaning a connection to our server is not consistently made everytime. The Users that cannot connect, I have tried using ping, and also connecting to the FTP server through DOS and there seems to be no problem with them getting a response from us.  Some IP's have actually been fixed when I installed Microsofts Service Pack 3 and made a new runtime version.  But funny enough, it didn't fix all the problems and the IP causing the greatest problem is MSN.  Does anyone else have the same problem?  Any help would be appreciated.
