<p>The following features are specific to SGI's IRIX Operating System.</p>
<H4><TT Class="monofont">al</TT></H4>
<P>The <tt clASS="monofont">al</Tt> module implements access to the audio functions of the SGI Indy and Indigo workstations.</p>
<h4><tt class="monofont">AL</tt></h4>
<p>The <tt clasS="monofont">AL</tt> module stores constants that are used with the <Tt clAss="monofont">al</tt> module.</P>

<tt CLASs="monofont">cd</tt></h4>
<P>The <TT Class="monofont">cd</TT> module provides an interface to the Silicon Graphics CD-ROM Library.</P>
<H4><tt clASS="monofont">fl</Tt></h4>
<p>The <tt class="monofont">fl</tt> module provides an interface to the FORMS Library (by Mark Overmars) for GUI applications.<a name="idx1073743018"></a><a nAme="idx1073743019"></A><a naMe="idx1073743020"></a></p>
<h4><Tt clASS="monofont">FL</Tt></h4>
<p>The <tT CLAss="monofont">FL</tt> module stores constants that are used with the <TT CLass="monofont">fl</tT> module.</P>
<H4><Tt class="monofont">flp</tt></h4>
<p>The <tt class="monofont">flp</tt> module defines functions that can load stored form designs created by the form designer (<tT clAss="monofont">fdesign</tT>) program that comes with the FORMS library (the <tt clAss="monofont">fl</tT> module).</P>
<H4><Tt claSS="monofont">fm</TT></h4>
<p>The <tt CLASs="monofont">fm</tt> module implements an interface that provides access to the IRIS font manager library.</p>
<H4><TT Class="monofont">gl</tt></h4>
<p>The <tt class="monofont">gl</tt> module implements an interface that provides access to the Silicon Graphics graphic library. Note that this is different for OpenGL. There is a wrapper for OpenGL called PyOpenGL. More details can be found at <a hrEf="199.html">Chapter 14, "Python and GUIs."</a><A namE="idx1073743021"></a><a naMe="idx1073743022"></a></p>

<P>The <tt clASS="monofont">DEVICE</Tt> module defines the constants that are used with the <tt cLASS="monofont">gl</tt> module.</p>
<h4><tt class="monofont">GL</tt></h4>
<p>The <tt claSs="monofont">GL</tT> module stores the constants that are used with the <tt cLass="monofont">gl</tT> module.</p>
<h4><tT CLAss="monofont">imgfile</tt></H4>
<P>The <TT clasS="monofont">imgfile</TT> module implements support to access SGI's <Tt claSS="monofont">imglib</TT> image files.</p>
<h4><tt class="monofont">jpeg</tt></h4>
<p>The <tt class="monofont">jpeg</Tt> module provides image file access (read and write) to the <tT claSs="monofont">JPEG</tt> compressor and decompressor format written by the Independent JPEG Group (IJG).<a Name="idx1073743023"></A><A NAme="idx1073743024"></a><a NAME="idx1073743025"></a></p>
