Create a New Profile Called - Letters

1)	Right Click on the Inbox and select Properties

2)	Select - Show Profiles... button

3)	Add..

4)	Information Services - Microsoft Fax
                             - Microsoft Mail
        Should be selected.

5)	Profile Name - Letters

6)	Select your Fax/Modem

7)	Answer incoming calls? - No

8)	Enter Details for your name etc..

9)	Microsoft Mail - Select your postoffice path.

	Select a name/password

10)	Personal Address Book - Select yours

11)	Personal Folders - Select Yours

12)	Do not add Inbox to Startup group - Optional
