Delphi 3 Update Available NOW! <br>

Delphi 3 continues to be the fastest growing RAD tool on the market. <br>
In our ongoing effort to support Delphi developers, an update release is now <br>
available. <br>

You need to get the CD Rom and the download in order to have the complete <br>
Delphi 3 update. <br>
U.S. customers can get the CD by calling Borland direct at 1-800-457-9527. <br>
There is a U.S. $15 shipping and handling fee. <br>
The download can be found at /devsupport/delphi/downloads/ <br>

The $15 price is in US dollars and applies only in the United States and <br>
Canada. <br>
International customers should contact their local Borland office, <br>
distributor or representative for pricing information. <br>
