This is a upper level filter driver intended to filter out
the sleep key on standard ps/2 keyboards.

To install, go to the properties of your keyboard in device manager.
Click on the driver tab.  Click on upgrade driver and follow through
the wizard clicking on "have disk" and pointing it to this directory.

Tested on windows 2000.
