RAW sockets example code <br>

The code included will hopefully act as a guide to those wanting to use <br>
raw sockets. <br>
<br>
Use one of the makefiles to compile on your system. <br>
<br>
The following operating systems are supported: <br>
<br>
Makefile.bsd4 BSD4.4 Derived Systems: (OpenBSD 2.1 needs to tweak this <br>
since they dont need a bug <br>
workaround other BSD <br>
systems do). <br>
Makefile.sco SCO Openserver 5.0 <br>
<br>
Makefile.sol Solaris 2.4/2.5 (Solaris 2.6 may not need a bug <br>
workaround used in it). <br>
Makefile.linux Linux 2.0.29 <br>
<br>
Three binaries should be created: <br>
<br>
tcp : Basically sends out an empty TCP packet with the FIN flag set. <br>
udp : Sends out a udp packet with zeroed out data, of 12 bytes. <br>
ipicmp : Sends out an ICMP echo request. <br>
Without any time information on it. <br>
<br>
If anyone has bug fixes, additional ports, please send me the patches. I <br>
like keeping seperate makefiles for each operating system, so if you can, <br>
just roll one up with your port. <br>
