Delphi写的xml解析器

Sample XMLToBinary and BinaryToXML routines to show a VCL /CLX  
component as XML readable text. 
It was created as a test for the upcoming reporting tool XML-Reporter. 
This reporting tool wil be supported on Linux and Windows. 
The reportdesigner, datadesigner are all XML based and location 
transparent. The reportengine wil produce all kinds of output 
formats from a simple bitmap upto rich HTML.
Expected release date somewhere in 2001 around the end of this year.
Works on both Windows and Linux.
