Limitations to Shareware Version of BSTRING
******************************************************************************
BSTRING.LIB is fully functional but is designed for the small memory
model only. The same is true of TDAT.LIB. Use these libraries to examine
and test the software. Registrants will be supplied a password to open
REGISTRD.ZIP. This archive contains libraries for all memory models. The
quickest way to obtain the password is by emailing the file EMAIL.REG to
TechniLib. A password will then be immediately emailed to the registrant.
TDAT is offered on a complementary basis for registration of BSTRING.
Registrants to BSTRING are automatically registered for TDAT.

Legal Details and Registration Information
******************************************************************************
Limitations on distribution and use of BSTRING are presented in the file
BSTRING.DOC. Limitations on distribution and use of TDAT are presented in
the file TDAT.DOC. This information should be carefully read before
distributing any software using BSTRING or TDAT.
The easiest way to register BSTRING is by email. See the file EMAIL.REG
for further information. BSTRING may also be registered by sending $15 to:
TechniLib
P.O. Box 6818
Jackson, MS 39282
No form is required. If payment is by check, then "BSTRING" should be
written on the check; otherwise, an explanatory note should be enclosed.
A return address or email address should also be supplied. This address
will be used to send the registrant a password for opening REGISTRD.ZIP.
Registrants will also be sent a registration number. Invoices will be sent
by postal mail upon request.

Improvements in Version 2.0
******************************************************************************
Version 2.0 corrects numerous bugs in version 1.x. We apologize for
these. Previous registrants are automatically registered for version 2.0.
Version 2.0 contains two new functions which are intended for syntax
checking on numeric strings. See BSTRING.DOC for details.
Version 2.0 includes the TDAT libraries. These libraries contain useful
date and time functions.

Finding the Most Current Version of BSTRING
******************************************************************************
A current version of BSTRING will be maintained on CompuServe in a
Microsoft forum (GO MSLANG) under C or C++ directories, and in a Borland
forum (GO BCPPDOS) under C or C++ directories. A current version will
also be maintained on EXEC-PC BBS (414-789-4360) in the Mahoney IBM
Compatible DOS area. Internet users should find a current version in the
SimTel archives at oak.oakland.edu. Expect the filename to be BSTRvv.ZIP,
where vv denotes the version number. Keywords for BSTRING include: STRING,
BASIC, C, DATE, TIME, LIBRARY, and TECHNILIB.

TechniLib Products
******************************************************************************
TechniLib supplies numerous useful libraries to C, C++, and Assembly
language programmers. Libraries are also available for BASIC, PASCAL,
FORTRAN, and other languages. All TechniLib libraries are written in
assembly code; therefore, they are extremely fast and relatively small.
These libraries can typically be found on CompuServe (GO MSLANG or GO
BCPPDOS). Do a keyword search for TECHNILIB. Interested parties may
also send inquiries directly to TechniLib by email.
Library Description
-------- -----------
XLIB.LIB A DOS extender library for protected-mode programming.
Assembly languages programmers can be using the flat protected-
mode memory model with the inclusion of only one line in their
code. XLIB may also be used by high-level languages. XLIB
will soon be designed to operate in the absence of DOS. This
version may be used to develop protected-mode programs which
must run in the absence of an operating system. Contact
TechniLib for details.
BSTR.LIB BASIC-style string functions for C and C++.
TCIO.LIB IO functions for C and C++. Featuring tprintf(), a function
which emulates printf(), but which enables color printing and
other formating features. tprintf() is over 15 times faster
than printf(). Also featuring editstr(), a powerful string
editor and useful complement to BSTRING.
TDAT.LIB Date and time functions for C and C++.
STED.LIB Structure editor. This generalized editor can be used to edit
any C or C++ structure array. Contact TechniLib for details.
MOPS.LIB Matrix operations library. Written in 32-bit protected-mode
using the XLIB DOS extender. Extremely fast and accurate.
Contact TechniLib for details.
