  Redistribution of MPEGPlay. 
  
  MPEGPlay component is a donation-ware. What does it mean?
This software is distributed AS IS, without any warranties.
You can use it free for any purposes,  including  shareware
and commercial.
  Due to some reasons MPEG player engine DLL is distributed
under GNU public license. That means, that the source  code
of it must be free and available for downloading. Code  for
the DLL is located in SOURCE subdirectory.

  But! The component, the demo and the documentation are my
design. You can use it free  for  any purposes,  including
shareware and commercial. And you can make  a  donation  -
send me some money (no limits, even $1 will be gladly
accepted).
  What for? The future development of the  engine  and  the
component ( I have a lot of ideas ),  distribution  of  the
MPEG encoder component (it's nearly ready for release)  and
fixing the errors depend mainly on your support.
  If you want to buy a component for some  reasons,  please 
contact me by e-mail.
