Changes to `trans1.f', renamed `trans1.h90'...

  1) Declare alignment dummies `I', `J'

  2) Move type declarations for:
       LOGN,NITER,LOGNIN,NTOTAL,NTOTIN,NPART

  3) Comment out call to `SETDAT' (`DATE_AND_TIME' not implemented).


Changes to `trans1.inc'...

  1) Change "C" comments to "!" comments


Changes to `setdtl.f', renamed `setdtl.h90'...

Changes to `setdat.f', renamed `setdat.h90'...

  1) Change "C" comments to "!" comments

  2) Change fixed-form continuation to free-form continuation.
