开源MARC数据处理

	- The editing of file is well furnished although the deleting is still on the old-aged.
	It is because when you delete data you will be directed into a new page.

	- The data definition is not yet finished.
	
	- The ZIP MARC is already active, which means that you will be
	able to import/export your MARC file anytime you want. Be noted
	that this ZIP MARC option will make the selected bibliographic data
	compressed and available for download as zip file. 
	
	- The Print MARC is also active. This will only print the MARC of the 
	data you selected. This is valuable if you just want to copy-paste the data
	you want into PhpMyLibrary import module.
	
	- Previous/Next, Last/First page links are already fine. Also the BacktoBrief 
	and the Labeled and MARC View button on the Detailed View window.
	
	- The ADODB implementation is still on the making it is because I don't have
	much resources on finding the code examples of the functions that I want. So, 
	this means that the program still follow the PHP traditional MySQL functions.

    Modules that are active. Transaction Module, Circulation Module, File Management Module,
    WebOPAC module, Cataloging Module. Please be informed that the method of adding data is 
    similar to USMARC, i.e. "__$a123$b456"

    Please specify the correct days of undergraduate borrowing, etc.

    Be noted that the Administrator username and password is admin, admin.
    If in case you want to change it(you should), open the phpmylibrary.sql
    file and find the table phpmylibraryUsers INTO statement at the bottom,
    change the admin and admin there. the first admin is your username and 
    admin word is your password. Likewise, if you want to change the sample
    user value at phpmylibraryClients table INTO statement also at the bottom of
    the file, just change the 'user', 'user' into the name you want.

    The File Management Module
        it only records this kind of format i.e.

    setting to match your region time.

	The time and minutes to add in the default time has been configured. 
	This only means that you just add or inus the hours and minutes from 
	the default time so that it suits your country time. Also the 
	background has been configured, you can specify your own background. 
	The expunge module has been created.

	The cataloging module desgin has been cofigured. Colors seen in this 
	module are now dependent from your conf.php3 configuration file. Whatever 
	color you applied in there will be used by all the module so better stick 
	onto it. Don't edit the code one by one. 

	It can only waste your time. Also be noted that if you don't have an 
	image define in your configuation(config.php3) then the one that will 
	be active is your library name. I am going to released the version 1.0.2  
	and all the info listed here are the changes. Be sure to check always 
	this changelog because whenever I finished coding something into this 
	application I always make it reflect here in this changelog. About 
	the password pls pls pls view the phpmylibrary.sql included in this 
	folder. That sql holds your basic password and username.  Default values is this:

CONVENTION

Example 1  non-repeatable field

Committee for International Congresses of the Apostolate of the Laity

This is the sample entry. in tag 245 title statement. This tag is 
non-repeatable so this convntion is very smple.

1st. the two alphanmeric character. in our example is this 10  : 
read MARC standard to know why I made this.

2nd  we see the $a $c these are the subfields. 

3rd nothing follows for non-repeatable field.

Example 2 repeatable field.

%  $a*Sports$zPhilippines$kBiography.%  $aAthletes$zPhilippines$kBiography.

This is my covention in extracting repeatable fields. You see the % 
the double space that follows and the $a then at the end % again mark for next entry.

firstly this is taken from the tag 650 Subject Added Entry--Topical Term  
ths is a repeatable field.

Now you see why I did that.

Example 3 Handling the circulation, the transaction with the user 
and the library although the circulation module is not yet active I made this for future use.

1st. we see the % sign. $a the location $b accession number $c 0 or 
1 0 stands for borrowed and 1 availble  $d uer id  $e time borrowed  
oops I don't have due date. in the future, just wait. and then you 
wil see te % sign again. this ny means that it is another accession 
number.   If you would wonder, there's no call number here.  the reason 
is that it is taken care of the tag 010  NR LC Control Number

	Proper navigation has been made. One link for users only and 
	another for the admin people. It consumes me 4 hours for this. 
	My Goal now is to make cataloging module template comply
	with the custumizable settings. Currently it's all green and light color. 
	I want to make it the same with webpac module, with a custmizable color 
	combination.

	graphical represenation of the collection. Also, an account username 
	demo and password demo has been c
	reated for the demo package of the phpmylibrary software that can be
