2003-06-02 PvPGN team makes a new mod for YARE

    * Fixed m碼lloc bugs.
    * Delete Char Bug.
    * Wrong Last save point respawn area problem.
    * caculation of new skills, Job levels and stats (by mitchen)
    * Added new function to script.c recognizes the 
      current job : use getjob on npc.txt files.
    * Added new routine to reset job to level 1(by lemming)
      and skills(by hud) to 0 wich was earned with 
      high job levels. (more than 10).
    * Oficial npc_kafra.txt 100% done.
    * Oficial npc_1stjobs.txt 100% done.
