Run the two installers (first java, then tomcat).

	Take all defaults, but for Jakarta-Tomcat, be sure to
	include the "NT Service" option.

unzip the third file, buzzin.war, to \jakarta-tomcat-4\webabbs\buzzin.

You have to do a bit of editing with notepad or vi:
	1)	open TOMCAT_HOME/conf/server.xml
		find "tomcat root context"
		insert "tomcat-server.xml" from buzzin into the file you're editing
		save server.xml

	2)	open buzzin/WEB-INF/hosts.xml
		add or change a password
		(players may have seen the distributed version; remove unused!!)
		save the file

Start the tomcat service.

Buzzin should be ready: visit http://yourmachine/buzzin/ to try it.

Better reporting and more user friendly later.
