<P>While books are normally boring, with C++ you usually only have to read a few chapters and you're ready to go.  Just remember that C++ is a superset of C, so *MOST* of the symantics that you used under C will be correct and usable under C++.
<P>A good reference is &quot;The C++ Programming Language&quot; by Bjarne Stroudstrup.  Last time I checked Borders and a few other major chains carried it.  IMHO it's an excellent reference to the language.
<P>You also might want to check out &quot;Learn C++ in 21 days.&quot;  I've heard it's a good book to start from, but I've never read it myself.
