<P> I'm using WinExec call to execute an user specifed executable with a document filename as its command-line parameter. I am specifiying the executable filename and the document filename within double quotes so that it picks long filenames (with spaces) correctly.
<P> If the application is a .BAT file, I get error on the console. This happens only on NT. If the quotes are removed, it won't work on Win95.
