<P>Unfortunately, while this does scroll to the last line, it also puts that line at the top of the window, which isn't 'pretty'.  I do measure the height of each line to figure out how many are visible, they calculate the amount to scroll appropriately.  But, I'm not sure my calculations will work reliably with all fonts.  I too would like a better solution!
