<P>Just run the program and the task manager and see how the memory used by the process increases.
<BR>It seems like a RasDial() API bug. It is not related to the bug described in KB Q168348, as the number of process handles do not increase.
<BR>I am posting to the list just in case someone has seen this before (I have searched MSDN with no luck) and because I could not find a way other than phone to report bugs to microsoft either on my product information or MS site.
<BR>If someone knows how to report bugs to microsoft online or by e-mail please answer me personally, in case this is a known issue or a program error please post to the list.
