<P>Well there are two approaches that spring to mind.
<P>1) Run under NT only where at least some (and perhaps all) of the GDI functions can cope with 32 bit coordinates.
<P>2) Roll you own.  Use your own coordinate system internally and convert to whatever scale is most appropriate to the level of magnification that you are using.
<P>I'm afraid that the Win95 GDI is very similar to the Win3.1 version with the same 16bit limits :-(
