<P>Well I have it working now.  The first response I sent was an example that has an owner drawn CCheckListBox.  I didn't need that.
<P>One thing I did notice is that I could not (at least up to this point) get the CCheckListBox to work properly (ie actually mark the check boxes) in a CView based window.  However it seems to work great in a CDialog based window so if you need to do this you'll want to create a Dialog box.
<P>Here's as simple an example as I can give.
<P>Define a member variable for CTempDlg as
<BR>CCheckListBox m_clb;
<P>Add IDC_CHECKLISTBOX to your string table;
<P>In your CTestDlg::OnInitDialog() add the following:
<BR>RECT rect;
<BR>rect.top = 59;
<BR>rect.bottom = 189;
<BR>rect.left = 74;
<BR>rect.right = 251;
<BR>m_clb.Create ( LBS_OWNERDRAWFIXED | LBS_HASSTRINGS | LBS_STANDARD | WS_CHILD | WS_VISIBLE | WS_VSCROLL, rect, AfxGetMainWnd (), IDC_CHECKLISTBOX);
<BR>m_clb.SetOwner( this );  // owner was NULL for me for some reason
<BR>m_clb.AddString( &quot;test 1&quot;);
<BR>m_clb.AddString( &quot;test 2&quot;);
<P>To scroll through the list once the user clicks on the OK button:
