Joerg Koenig was the first winner of the MFC CodeGuru contest. He
was the October'97 CodeGuru. Here's what he had to say.

<P>First: I think that the CToolBarEx is not worth such a
great prize. (Zafir: 35 people say otherwise)
It wouldn't be fair to take it. 
There are
many articles much more brilliant than this three nights
work. Please give the prize to someone else (perhaps
Roger Onslow - I think he has the most and best
articles sent in. He too has partially developed the
CToolBarEx class indirectly, so I think he will be
the real winner).
