Merged diffs from R4 xterm and R5 xterm with those from R4 xterm and 
    R4 color_xterm to produce a nonfunctioning R5 color_xterm.  
Added much debugging printfs.
Bugfixes:  Got color_xterm to work with X11R5.
Added -jobs option.
Wrote manual page.
Applied dynamic colors patch.
Ported to X11R6.
Added cursor warp hack.
Fixed termcap and terminfo entries to include correct values for function keys.
    Added Ncurses color information to terminfo.
Edited control sequences document so bold and blink (appears as bold) are 
    correct.  (Screen distinguishes between them)
Made fallback colors match app-default colors.
Made color_xterm work on the SGI.  Did some strage stuff with termio to get
	it to work, I hope it won't cause a problem.
Replaced scrollbar.c with a modified X11R6's xterm's scrollbar.c.
Removed a write-only member from one of the structs.
Added Digital's disclaimer to the manual, to comply with the copyright.
Got xterm working on a wide variety of systems:  HPUX, IRIX, SunOS 4, 
	Solaris, and NetBSD.
Fixed NetBSD termios OXTABS problem.
Added -version option
Added 2x and 38, 39, 48, 49 "turn off" control codes.
Made default colors *Color?, not Foreground.
Composed terminfo entry, resurrected curses workaround, added support
for "Home" and "End" keys, fixed ICH & DCH bug.
