WSC4VB Version 2.3

WSC4VB is a serial communications library which can be used with Visual
Basic (16-bit or 32-bit) running under Windows NT, Windows 95/98, or
Windows 3.1.

The WSC4VB DLLs (WSC16.DLL and WSC32.DLL) can be called from any
application capable of calling Windows API functions, including those
written in Visual Basic, C/C++, Delphi, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word,
PoxPro, Power Builder, Fortran, COBOL, etc. Five example Visual Basic
programs are included plus examples for EXCEL, ACCESS, and FoxPro.

Changes from the previous version are as follows:

(1) Improvement to XYDRIVER (XMODEM and YMODEM).
(2) SioTimer function added.
(3) SioBaud and SioParms can be called before SioReset.
(4) Declaration files for Power Builder.

Run INSTALL.BAT to install.
