1. You are permitted to Compile ("Compile" here refers to the automatic
   process of translating the Software's source code into executable
   machine code by the Borland Delphi, Kylix, or C++Builder compilers.)
   the Software into any kind of applications when you have done the
   following:

   a) Copyright lines of the Author must be present in the application
      that uses the Software. The lines must be in a place which is
      accessible with basic knowledge of the enviroment. This kind of
      places are for example about screen and readme file. For the format
      of the lines see EXHIBIT B.

   For Beta Software there is no other restrictions than the redistribution
   of modified Software. It is up to you to choose either to use or not 
   to use versions of the Software which have not been fully tested.
   Beta Software might be incompatible with the final release.

Modifying:

2. If You modify this Software, following conditions must be met:

   b) You must cause the files modified to carry prominent notices stating
      that You changed the files and the date of any change and the reason
