Notes on the use of hash-based containers
=========================================

Support for Dinkumware/VC7 and STLport's hash-
based containers has recently been added.

I have NOT tested these containers with
custom hashing functions (I don't really
know enough about them to create one). If you
do roll your own hashing function and are not
satisfied with the results of filtering the
resulting error messages, please send me your
code and I'll see what I can do.

Dinkumware/VC7 seems to implement hash_set/
hash_multiset in terms of lists, so don't be
freaked out when messages applying to
use of those containers end up containing
list-based container types.
