                <td>导读：《商业周刊》网站11月12日刊登了分析文章指出，如果Google公司在2004年初公开上市，以其在互联网搜索市场上举足轻重的地位，一定能够通过首次公开募股(IPO)的方式，轻而易举地募集到创记录的资金。分析人士认为，Google或许能够获得高达200亿美元的资金。如果这一估计成为现实，Google将成为市值最高的网络公司。而Google上市将使不少投资者赚得钵满盆溢。<BR><BR><BR>　　市场调查研究公司汤姆森公司(Thomson Financial，TOC)的研究认为，Google公司上市所筹集到的资金，将远远超出1999年网上经纪公司宏达理财(TD WaterhousesgroupsInc.)上市获得的9亿美元和2000年数字通讯运营商Genuity公司上市筹集到的1.9亿美元。<BR><BR>　　按保守估计，Google公司在今年取得了10亿美元的收入和1亿美元的利润。毫无疑问，Google公司的IPO计划将会像很多人的期望那样轻而易举地获得成功。但是，仍然有一些分析人士对此持有不同意见。他们认为，200亿美元的市值显然是被高估了。而Google的忠实拥护者则坚持认为Google收入和利润的飞速增长是合理的。他们同时还指出，Google在搜索市场上占有绝对优势，在全球互联网搜索服务中，Google的市场份额已经从2000年的1%增加到了现在的将近40%。<BR><BR>　　对于Google内部人士和关键支持者来说，采取IPO方式上市对他们同样有利。尽管Google公司的主管和投资者都很少提及公司上市所带来的股票价值大幅上涨，但《商业周刊》还是从Google公司和它的投资者那里搜集到了部分投资的数据，并从中拼凑出了几位将会获得巨额收益的主要投资者的资料。<BR><BR>　　如果Google公开上市，最大的赢家当数公司的创始人拉里-佩奇(Larry E. Page)和谢尔盖-布林(Sergey Brin)。他们在1998年放弃了斯坦福大学计算机专业的学业,转而创办了Google。现在，按照公司内部的说法，仅有30岁的他们分别拥有公司15%以上的股份。不难推算，如果公司上市后市值为200亿美元，他们各自所拥有的公司股票价值将超过3亿美元。<BR><BR>　　Google公司同样可以认为自己是十年来为风险投资提供了最高回报的公司之一。它的两个最大的支持者——Kleiner Perkins Caufield &amp; Byers和Sequoia Capital创业投资公司分别在1999年向Google投入了不到1000万美元。而现在，通过这项投资，两家公司分别拥有Google公司10%的股份。这就意味着，他们将分别获得20亿美元的收入。他们无疑是做了一笔非常成功的投资——高达20000%的投资回报率！<BR><BR>　　具有讽刺意味的是，雅虎也将从Google身上获利。雅虎于2000年向Google投入了1000万美元。这笔投资使其拥有Google略低于2%的股份。也就是说，它将在Google上市后不费吹灰之力获得大约3亿美元的收入。这一数字轻松超过了该公司2003年2.3亿美元的预期利润。<BR><BR>　　在Google的投资者中，得到丰厚回报的同样包括那些公司创立初期的个人投资者。在1998年，斯坦福大学的教授大卫-彻里顿(David R.
